Minimum Offer $121,846.40 Maximum Offer $190,798.40Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Supervisor to lead and manage our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a collaborative work environment. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and a passion for patient care.How you grow, learn and thrive matters here.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises daily work schedules, assigns personnel, and assures adequate staffing for the daily operation of the department.
- Assists in selection training and orientation of departmental staff. Evaluates work performance and makes recommendations for personnel action.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- New Mexico Board of Pharmacy License required.
- Two years of experience in a pharmacy, preferably in a hospital environment
