JOB DESCRIPTION: Supplier Marketing Project Manager
The Supplier Marketing Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of supplier-related marketing projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic marketing goals. This role supports the Supplier Marketing Manager by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution of supplier initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets tailored to supplier marketing initiatives.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams including procurement, marketing, and supplier partners.
- Tracks project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Maintains detailed notes, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Identifies process improvements and best practices to optimize project delivery in a fast-paced setting.
- Ensures compliance with brand standards, supplier expectations, and supplier agreements during projects.
- Collects and reports on project metrics and continuous improvement efforts.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field and two (2) to four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, conferences, and supplier meetings.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Up to 20% travel required.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: None required.
