Conduct supplier audits and manage corrective action plans through completion. Support strategic supplier reviews and long-term quality initiatives. Travel to supplier sites to improve performance and ensure compliance. Lead investigations into supplier-related quality issues and drive resolution. Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field; advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or engineering. Strong knowledge of quality systems, FDA QSR, and ISO standards. Experience with supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
