Compliance & Risk MitigationEducation and work experienceSuccessful completion of 4 years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of 4 years of college with a bachelor’s degree.Major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related subjects.Over 2 years of experience in manufacturing process quality.SupervisionQA ManagerWorking conditions• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.Updated: July 2025Skills:Knowledge of ISO 9001, Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication, More than 2 years of QA management experienceFluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred due to frequent interactions with suppliers and internal teams in Taiwan/China.
