Supply Analyst Intern

Purpose of the Role

The intern will support the Strategic Sourcing team by handling routine operational tasks, assisting with data management, and contributing to integration projects. This role is designed to free up experienced analysts for strategic initiatives and improve reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting

• Validate and update dashboards in Power BI.

• Perform savings analysis and reporting in Sievo.

• Supplier Performance Management

• Maintain Supplier Scorecards and compliance checks in IVALUA.

• Operational Support

• Handle routine data checks and updates across multiple platforms (Power BI, Sievo, IVALUA, ERP).

• Project Assistance

• Support cross-site collaboration and workload balance for strategic sourcing initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• University student in Economics
• Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Good command of English (intermediate level).
• Ability to work full-time for 6-12 months.
• Interest in supply chain and purchasing processes.
