Supply Chain AI Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that enhance supply chain performance across demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and production planning. This role offers the opportunity to work on real business challenges and deliver measurable impact in service levels, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.

Location: Budapest

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop forecasting models and optimization solutions for inventory, replenishment, transportation, and production planning

  • Build automated processes and anomaly detection systems to improve operational efficiency

  • Deliver scenario planning and "what-if" analyses to support decision-making

  • Translate business requirements into model objectives and constraints

  • Integrate solutions into existing systems (ERP, Azure, Excel, etc.)

  • Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience applying ML/optimization in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or similar fields

  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML and SQL

  • Experience with optimization methods (e.g., linear programming, heuristics)

  • Understanding of supply chain planning concepts (forecasting, inventory, lead times, etc.)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Advanced Excel skills
