Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ Description: Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 Tax Work Location: 700 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, NJ Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extension possible based on performance) Shift: Monday–Friday | Normal Business Hours (40 hours/week) Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) and E‑Commerce operations. This role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory allocation, data accuracy, and reporting within a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong Excel expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to independently resolve issues before they impact logistics execution. Key Responsibilities Order & Allocation Management Execute high‑volume inventory allocation by accurately matching supply to customer and e‑commerce orders. Manage end‑to‑end order lifecycle including order creation, maintenance, shipment monitoring, and inbound prioritization. Identify and proactively resolve complex order exceptions prior to logistics handoff. Inventory & In‑Stock Management Monitor inventory feeds, stock‑out recovery, assortment accuracy, and in‑stock reporting. Support transition planning and allocation decisions based on product availability and business priorities. Maintain and update master data tables to ensure system accuracy. Cross‑Functional Execution Communicate daily supply ETAs and prepare weekly stock balancing requests for internal teams. Partner closely with Sales, Order Management, and Logistics teams to align on customer commitments and service expectations. Provide real‑time product availability updates and support account‑specific fulfillment needs. Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain operational reports using advanced Excel techniques. Perform root cause analysis on fulfillment issues and supply constraints. Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Process Excellence Maintain high‑efficiency workflows while meeting tight deadlines. Proactively identify risks to planned objectives and recommend corrective actions. Contribute to process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Functional Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (daily use required): VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP Pivot Tables IF statements and data analysis functions Experience with Supply Chain Management systems (SAP preferred). Working knowledge of order management, demand planning, allocation, or fulfillment (non‑warehouse). Analytical & Behavioral Skills Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving ability with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to independently troubleshoot data discrepancies and operational issues. Strong communication, organization, and customer‑centric mindset. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Experience & Stability Requirements Minimum 1+ year tenure in recent roles (no job hoppers). 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, e‑commerce, or order management preferred. Experience in forecasting, allocation, or operations environments is strongly preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred but not required. Relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education.
