About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role supports the Supply Chain Management team and works closely with Supply & Inventory Planning leads and Sales leads. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics and automation tools to optimize supply chain processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze demand and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build tools and dashboards to improve visibility into forecast data and supply status.
• Support multiple teams with insights, visualizations, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain Tableau and Alteryx workflows for predictive analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and procurement planning.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess stock situations.
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for material requirements and production scheduling.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain performance.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 5–6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain analytics or related roles.
• Strong technical skills with expertise in Tableau and Alteryx (mandatory).
• Familiarity with supply management, forecasting, and inventory balancing concepts.
• Ability to condense complex data into clear summaries, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines for automation tools and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, R) and SQL for automation and data analysis.
• ERP familiarity (SAP preferred; Oracle experience helpful).
• Certifications in Tableau Desktop Specialist or Alteryx Core Certification.
• CPSM or equivalent supply chain certification.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.

Technical Skills

• Mandatory: Tableau, Alteryx
• Nice to Have: Python, SQL
• ERP systems: SAP, Oracle

Industry Background

• Prior experience in telecom or consumer packaged goods is not critical.
• Candidates without strict supply chain backgrounds will be considered if they understand demand planning, supply management, and forecasting concepts.
