Payrate: $36.00 - $36.20/hr.SummaryThis position requires an individual with strong skills in demand planning, critical thinking, and proficiency in Excel. The role is fully onsite and involves managing key aspects of the supply chain process, including demand forecasting and order management.Responsibilities

• Manage weekly CPFR process with key accounts.
• Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sellout units.
• Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP.
• Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas.
• Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations.
• Manage and measure supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping performance.
• Present to and promote consensus-building internally and externally.
• Work comfortably in a multi-cultural business environment.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $36.00 - $36.20 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
