We are seeking a Demand Planner to support strategic planning and forecasting in an OEM manufacturing environment. This role involves analyzing data across systems to ensure accuracy, leading weekly execution reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and production. It offers opportunities for professional growth through high-visibility contributions to process improvements and decision-making in a dynamic, multi-site operation.

Anticipate $75,000–$85,000 annual base

Office-based role, with 1 day remote (Sycamore, IL area)

Responsibilities:

Analyze data from ERP systems (e.g., D365), Salesforce, and other tools to identify trends and variances.
Ensure data integrity across multiple platforms for informed decision-making.
Lead weekly S&OE processes, assess gaps, and recommend KPIs/reports for performance enhancement.
Collaborate on demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
Develop dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
Support SIOP initiatives and other supply chain duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent.
1-3 years in supply chain analysis or similar role.
Proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivots, charts); ERP experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
