Job DetailsWe’re seeking an Amazon Supply Chain Analyst to support fast-growing consumer brands selling on Amazon and Walmart. This role plays a key part in ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to fulfillment centers while balancing inventory levels, cash flow, and profitability.This is an onsite role in Downtown San Diego, CA. We need someone hands-on role ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating across teams to keep operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory & purchasing across Amazon FBA, warehouses, and fulfillment channels to maintain healthy stock levels
• Forecast demand using sales data to guide ordering decisions and support cash flow goals
• Monitor supply chain performance, identifying delays, shortages, or quality issues and driving resolution
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, warehouses, and external partners to align on timelines and priorities
• Track and report inventory, orders, and related financial data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support ad-hoc supply chain and operational requests as needed

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related role
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in inventory planning, forecasting, and profitability
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Exposure to Amazon FBA, eCommerce fulfillment, or inventory management environments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
