Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst - Contract - $19-29 per HR

Description

The role involves coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule. Responsibilities include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules, and compiling reports on inventory levels and costs. Proficiency in spreadsheet software is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational requirements for new technology segments.
  • Monitor and allocate site commitments and analyze order consolidation requests.
  • Follow up on weekly allocations to update on-time delivery.
  • Manage weekly inventory and KPI reporting.
  • Perform supply management to prevent and manage aging stock.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related study preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
