  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and ad‑hoc spend reports, delivering clear insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Document supply chain and procurement workflows; lead or support process improvement initiatives that increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Support the development and execution of RFQs/RFPs, including bid analysis, supplier evaluations, and performance scorecards.

  • Maintain the contract and agreement repository in SharePoint, ensuring documents are accurate, well‑organized, and easily accessible.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Legal, and other business units, to support strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and achieve organizational objectives.

  • Support fleet management operations through the analysis and reporting of vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance performance, lifecycle costs, vendor services, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas) and Power BI, with strong data modeling and visualization capabilities.

  • Proven ability to perform complex quantitative analysis and translate results into clear, business‑relevant insights.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
