Reports to: VP of Supply Chain and Distribution

Department: Distribution

Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Pay: $89,000 - $110,000 annually

This is a full-time position located on-site at our Modesto administrative office. This role may be expected to travel to Corto Olive located in Stockon, California as needed.

The Supply Chain Analyst supports the company’s end‑to‑end supply chain functions by providing analysis, data reporting, inventory accuracy support, scheduling assistance, and cross‑departmental coordination across both Stanislaus Food Products and Corto Olive. This role helps ensure smooth production, accurate material flow, compliance with quality and safety requirements, and consistent logistics execution.

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in ensuring best practices, reducing inventory losses, maintaining accurate system records, and supporting operational efficiency throughout the organization.

This position will be primarily responsible for:

  • Support day‑to‑day supply chain operations by maintaining accurate data across forecasting, production planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and quality functions.
  • Analyze supply chain data to support demand forecasting, material planning, and production and packaging schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical tools used for planning and leadership decision‑making.
  • Enter and update system records including blends, transfers, consolidations, and manufacturing orders to ensure accurate material tracking.
  • Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, risks of aging, excess inventory, or accuracy issues.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with Warehouse and Production teams.
  • Support Packaging, Cellars, and Warehouse operations by ensuring timely material readiness, accurate movement documentation, and adherence to FIFO and traceability standards.
  • Assist with inbound logistics by tracking scheduled deliveries of materials and communicating issues or delays to internal teams.
  • Support outbound logistics by monitoring order fulfillment, shipment status, and documentation accuracy for deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and scale‑related records in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Ensure supply chain documentation is organized, current, and compliant with QA/QC, regulatory, and food‑safety requirements.
  • Provide data to support investigations related to quality, safety, production delays, inventory issues, or compliance findings.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams-including Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, QA, Sales, and Finance-to support aligned, efficient operations.
  • Support month‑end financial reporting, including COGS, inventory valuation, variances, and procurement spend tracking.
  • Assist with cost‑reduction, process‑improvement, and efficiency initiatives by analyzing data and communicating insights.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to prevent operational delays and support accurate, timely decision‑making.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supply chain, inventory, production, or logistics support experience.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent years of directly related professional experience.

Candidate Preferences:

  • Experience with Fishbowl, Sage, or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with forecasting, production scheduling, or warehouse/logistics analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present findings.

Physical Requirements:

Rare lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; rare stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 50% or more sitting, 25% or less walking, and 25% or less standing. The job is performed under occasional temperature variations and in an office environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift up to 35 lbs. is required.
