Job Title: Supply Chain Associate I Location: On site in Walton, KY Contract duration: 8 month contract with potential for extension or conversion Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Supply Chain Associate to join our Supply Chain team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build foundational experience in supply chain, operations, and inventory management within a fast-paced, global organization. The Junior Supply Chain Associate will support inventory planning, forecasting, and order processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to special projects that help optimize supply chain operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), excellent organization and communication abilities, and a proactive, adaptable mindset. The position offers hands-on experience, exposure to real-world supply chain challenges, and the opportunity to grow professionally with the world’s leading beauty company. Responsibilities Day to Day: Here’s what you’ll be doing: Inventory Management & Planning: Manage inventory, forecasting, and order processes to ensure smooth operations. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Special Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives and contribute to the team’s success. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain team members and reporting systems to gain hands-on experience. Requirements We Are Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have recently earned a Bachelors or Masters degree (0-2 years of experience). Possess strong analytical skills (an engineering, computer science, or supply chain degree is a plus). Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Are a strong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships. Are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Have a customer-service mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence.
