Job Description
Job TitleJoin a growing supply chain team with clear career advancement paths
Gain hands-on experience across procurement, planning, and operations
Job DescriptionPartner with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and proactively address potential delays
Track, maintain, and update material status within internal systems to ensure data accuracy
Generate, submit, and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company processes
Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding order confirmations, shipment updates, and issue resolution
Work closely with planning, operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain material availability
Identify supply chain risks, shortages, or disruptions and escalate concerns appropriately
Support daily procurement and material management activities in a fast-paced environment
Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory updates

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through on commitments
Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Interest in building a long-term career within supply chain and operations
