Supply Chain & Receiving SpecialistLocation: Minnetonka, MNCompensation: $60,000-70,000Schedule: Day Shift - FlexibleJob Type: Direct HireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Inventory & Receiving Specialist to support receiving operations, inventory control, and consumables purchasing. This role is responsible for processing incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.If you're looking for a detail-oriented role with consistent hours and the opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency, this position could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do:• Process incoming materials including laminate, prepreg, copper foil, assemblies, consumables, chemicals, drills, and customer returns• Verify shipments and enter packing slips and Certificates of Conformance into an ERP system (Paradigm)• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and assist with physical inventories• Support consumables purchasing, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and consignment inventory tracking• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency (LEAN, 6S, FIFO practices)What You Need to Bring:• Experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Experience with ERP systems (Paradigm or similar preferred)• Knowledge of inventory practices such as FIFO, cycle counting, and physical inventories• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams; LEAN or continuous improvement experience is a plus #metrocareersReady to Apply?Click "Apply Now" to complete our quick, mobile-friendly application.
