Who You Are

You'll become part of the Integrated Systems & Partnerships IFG/AMMM Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization as a subcontract management team member. You will be responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for IFG/AMMM subcontracts with BAE Systems.

What You Will Be Doing

Within this role, you will lead activities that include but are not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi-functions within Lockheed Martin.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

You must be a US Citizen; This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance after hire, and is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; in related field with a minimum of 1 year professional experience

Experience with have one of the following: Procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis

Desired Skills:

+ 1 years' in supply chain management and/or procurement experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment

Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities

Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions

Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay.

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint)

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
