Job Summary
The Supply Chain Intern will assist the team in overseeing the ordering and supply chain management aspects of projects related to Integration Services. This role will have a primary focus on complex datacenter projects and device roll-outs to our company’s customers.Role Description
Include, but are not limited to:
Willassistthe team in monitoring customer inventory toensureappropriate levelsat all times
Willassistthe team in reviewing project forecasts and timelines to ensure all parties are accounting for equipment lead times andlogistics
Request inventory to meet project requirements
Coordinate supply chain status updates between internal resources, partners, vendors, and customers to ensureaccurateETAs and Inventory Levels
Willassistthe team in creating and improve processes related to the role on an as needed basis in an effort of continuous improvement
Make recommendations for business process improvements to other departmentswhere
Appropriate under the guidance of the team
Update relevant parties with order status,deliveryand receipt confirmations
Investigate and resolve order issues
Monitor andmaintainservice level agreement requirements
Willassistthe team in managing aging inventory reporting to minimize fees accounting for project schedules, payment terms, and other financial and logistical factors
Identifyand complete special requests from multiple internal teams

Skill Level Requirements
Ability to monitor inventory and coordinate supply chain logistics – Basic
Ability to analyze project forecasts, timelines, and equipment needs – Basic
Ability to communicate order status and updates across teams and partners – Basic
Ability to resolve order and inventory issues efficiently – Basic
Ability to contribute to process improvements in operations – Basic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel – Basic
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively – Basic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively – Basic
Familiarity with SharePoint and Outlook – Preferred
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or program management – Preferred
Other Requirements
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in good academicstandingworking towards a bachelor’s degree.
Must be available toparticipatefor the full 12-week internship duration.
Must be able to work onsite as required by the internship program.
Mustbe authorized towork in the U.S.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour.
