The Job

We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support distribution, inventory, and order fulfillment operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for early-career logistics professionals who enjoy variety in their day, working with customers and internal teams, and building operational expertise. The position offers opportunities to develop operations, supply chain, and project coordination skills while contributing directly to customer satisfaction and efficient delivery processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate shipment schedules and monitor the movement of orders to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory records within internal systems

• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to confirm order details and resolve issues

• Review invoices, order documentation, and shipment records for accuracy

• Track order activity and provide updates to customers and account teams as needed

• Assist with reporting related to shipment performance, delivery timelines, and inventory activity

• Support account and operations teams by identifying process improvements and service opportunities

• Help ensure operational procedures, documentation standards, and reporting requirements are met

Our Ideal Candidate Has

• Logistics experience: At least one year of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations coordination
• Organization and planning: Able to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Attention to detail: Accurate with documentation, shipment tracking, and operational records
• Problem-solving: Comfortable making decisions and resolving operational issues as they arise
• Relationship mindset: Professional and responsive when supporting customer and partner needs, with a focus on long-term service quality
• Integrity: Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and strong professional standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ Year of Experience (in Logistics)
