Supply Chain Coordinator

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Ogden, Utah for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will support warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, and material-control operations by moving and tracking materials, processing inventory transactions, preparing shipments, and delivering production kits to the shop floor.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of additional education and/or related experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4 Goods Issue and Goods Receipt transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to verify material quantities, weights, and conformance.
• Ability to accurately process and maintain material and inventory records.
• Strong communication skills when working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience with SAP S/4 Goods Issue and Goods Receipt transactions.
• Experience reading Stores Pick Tickets or similar material-picking documentation.
• Warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Forklift and/or reach-lift operating experience.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, store, move, ship, and disburse materials and equipment.
• Perform both hands-on material handling and clerical supply chain activities.
• Process material transactions and maintain inventory data in SAP and other systems.
• Verify material quantities, weights, and documentation.
• Prepare shipping records and bills of lading.
• Route materials to appropriate destinations.
• Pull and assemble material kits according to production schedules.
• Deliver kits and materials to the shop floor.
• Support Engineering Property, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations activities.
• Use hand trucks, forklifts, reach lifts, and other material-handling equipment as applicable.
• Maintain accurate material records and support inventory-control activities.

Work Schedule / Shift

• Monday–Friday.
• 5x8 schedule.
• Full-time onsite in Ogden, Utah.

Pay

• $20.00 per hour.
