Supply Chain Data Analyst

Team Red Dog is hiring a Supply Chain Data Analyst for our client, a leading cloud and software provider. This role brings together data analysis, supply chain planning, and cloud infrastructure, where you’ll leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, and data modeling techniques to drive critical decisions around server capacity and demand forecasting. You will work with large-scale operational datasets, performing exploratory data analysis and building analytical models that directly influence deployment strategies and supply chain efficiency. Opportunity Overview:This role offers a unique opportunity to work on short-term cloud demand and capacity planning for server infrastructure, directly impacting deployment decisions at scale. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and Azure stakeholders, contributing to both ongoing planning operations and key data migration initiatives into SAP systems. How you will make an impact:• Conduct exploratory data analysis and build analytical models to support supply chain planning and forecasting• Analyze server rack demand and capacity data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that inform deployment and operational decisions• Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support business visibility• Evaluate data sources, assumptions, and model performance to improve analytical accuracy• Collaborate across planning and stakeholder teams to align on data and execution priorities• Identify opportunities to automate data collection and improve reporting efficiency

The expertise you bring:• 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, or related operations roles• Strong hands-on experience with data analysis, modeling, and insight generation• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets)• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools• Understanding of supply chain processes such as demand planning and capacity management• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for business stakeholders• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
