Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Product Owner to lead digital initiatives across Supply Chain, Quality and with SAP ERP. The Digital Product Owner will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital capabilities that enable planning, manufacturing, procurement, warehouse operations, supplier collaboration, and quality compliance across Alliance Air and broader DAA operations.

This is a cross-functional, platform-agnostic role responsible for driving business outcomes through ERP and adjacent system capabilities not limited to a single application. The Digital Product Owner will partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions aligned with enterprise digital strategy. What you will do:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define and maintain a multi-year Digital Supply Chain & SAP product roadmap aligned with operational priorities
    • Identify process gaps, system inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across supply chain and quality workflows
    • Develop business cases and value realization metrics for digital initiatives
    • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, risk mitigation, compliance, and scalability
  • Supply Chain & Quality Domain Ownership

Own digital capabilities supporting:

  • Procure-to-Pay and supplier collaboration
  • Production planning and execution
  • Inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Material planning (MRP) and demand alignment o Quality inspections, non-conformance, and CAPA processes
  • Traceability, serialization, and batch management (as applicable)
  • Master data governance and process standardization
  • Implementation & Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives including system enhancements, integrations, and new platform implementations
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
    • Partner with Digital, ERP teams, and external vendors to ensure scalable and sustainable solution design
    • Oversee testing, validation, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
    • Ensure cross-system integration between SAP ERP, Quality systems, WMS, MES, and supplier platforms
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align process design and solution direction
    • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
    • Drive change management and user adoption through structured communication and training
    • Provide leadership updates on initiative status, risks, and measurable outcomes
  • Continuous Improvement & Governance
    • Monitor KPIs related to supply chain performance, compliance, and system adoption
    • Ensure systems support audit readiness and regulatory requirements
    • Standardize digital processes across sites to reduce variability and manual workarounds

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience with ERP systems, including at least 2 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ERP Lead role

Preferred Skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience with ERP systems
  • Experience in manufacturing or engineered-to-order environments
  • Experience participating in or leading ERP or digital system implementations
  • Experience working across multiple platforms (ERP, WMS, MES, SAP systems)
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Experience building roadmaps and tracking value realization

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $153,300 (+ 10% bonus) in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
