Role Overview Join our dynamic team in Lincoln, NE, where you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and quality within our supplier network. We are looking for a passionate individual to support both new product launches and continuous improvements, working collaboratively with engineering teams to tackle complex challenges and optimize manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Collaborate with suppliers to achieve technical, quality, and delivery objectives. Support new product introductions and design modifications. Lead initiatives focused on value engineering and continuous improvement. Resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to specifications. Analyze supplier processes and data to enhance quality and reduce costs. Participate in design reviews, audits, and risk mitigation activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Fiber Optic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience in engineering or supply chain roles. Proficiency in technical sourcing, lean manufacturing, and project leadership. Ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve design conflicts. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
