Job Description

Location: Lincoln, NESalary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription:

The Judge Group is currently seeking a Supply Chain Engineer for a large commercial / industrial component manufacturing firm in the Northeast Lincoln, NE area. The right candidate will be open to 25% travel, have an Engineering degree and have experience in Supply Chain working with Procurement and Vendors.

COMPENSATION: 75K to 95k

WORKSITE: Onsite position, Not Remote - Not Hybrid

MUST HAVE: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering

MUST HAVE: A minimum of 3 years of engineering or supply chain experience

MUST HAVE: Ability to travel between 10% and 25% domestically and internationally

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive product quality and savings through vendor selection and audits

- Support new product launches as well as current product improvements

- Solve complex challenges and optimize manufacturing operations

- Identify and collaborate with suppliers on technical, quality, and manufacturing outcomes

- Support new product introductions and design changes

- Work on engineering and continuous improvement initiatives

- Analyze supplier processes and data

- Improve quality and reduce cost

- Contribute to design reviews and audits

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

- A minimum of 3 years of engineering or supply chain experience

- Experience in sourcing engineering products, lean manufacturing, and project management

- Ability to read technical drawings and resolve design conflicts

- Ability to travel between 10% and 25% domestically and internationally
