Hybrid 3 Days Office - 2 Days Remote We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Supply Chain Finance operations through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role collaborates with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while enhancing financial processes. The position requires applying professional financial methods, tools, and principles to resolve non-routine tasks, analyze business data, and support projects that improve operational and financial performance.Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis to support Supply Chain Finance operations and business decision-making.
- Monitor financial and operational processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Identify data inconsistencies, prioritize issues, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Support financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance tracking.
- Assist in improving financial processes, business methods, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams to support development of guidelines, tools, and business processes.
- 2+ years of experience in finance, supply chain finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation such as Power BI.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
