JOB PURPOSE:

You will be responsible for providing financial insights on decision support for the multiple transformation projects occurring in the Covington Ice Cream factory. Primary role is to support end-to-end SC Finance over all ongoing transformation projects (both strategic one-off projects and ongoing ‘big-bet’ workstreams). The Finance Transformation AFM will report to the Factory Finance Leadership and partner closely with the Supply Chain team, external consultants and Cross-Functional Project Leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Integration: Product Costing, Inventory controls, Cost Synergies with other factories, Distribution Cost Management (efficiencies & onboarding).
- Product Insourcing: Support the business to estimate potential benefits for factory insourcing (capex requests, business case, spend tracking, savings tracking).
- Production Cost Turnaround: ideate cost reduction activities across the factory network and implement spending targets & controls for controllable expenses.
- Business Waste: drill into details and ensure accountability and uniform reporting across pillars. Explore “out of the box” solutions leveraging external best practices and other Magnum geographies.
- Factory Waste: Our network needs a SAP expert to look into receiving and consumption issues potentially creating inventory variances and phantom waste
- Business cases and project support for other F4G big bets: Alternative sourcing partnerships, product insourcing/outsourcing.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experiences & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of finance experience, with specific focus on Supply Chain/Operations finance partnering
- Detailed knowledge of financial systems (SAP FIN & SC, PBCS, Driverless)
- Project management and budgeting experience for large investments
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $103,000. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
