Target start date for the summer intern program is May 4, 2026

The following experience is considered essential:

  • Manage domestic and international supply base supporting North American Manufacturing
  • Manage Supplier Delivery Performance
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) adherence activities
  • Attend Demand and Supply Plan reviews
  • Support Capacity studies
  • Report out on Supply Plan KPI's related to Supplier Management
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain Execution Team, Supply Chain Planning Team and Operations on maintaining supply of raw material
  • Support standardization across region
  • Perform analysis as required
  • Gain hands on experience in a central planning team.

Other position requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and working towards a 4 year B.S. degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management or Finance
  • Available to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in automotive related position an added plus
  • Solid analytical skills and work effectively with customers, suppliers, and the development team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail, organization skills and follow up
  • Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge:

  • Ability to working within high-performing teams in highly collaborative environments.
  • Building relationships with key internal and external customers, based on trust and confidence.
  • Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Translating business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases for specific projects
