Build your future with a growing North American manufacturer headquartered in Bethel, CT, where supply chain decisions directly fuel real-world impact in the energy storage space. In this Supply Chain Lead opportunity, you’ll own end-to-end procurement, materials planning, inventory, and logistics while partnering closely with finance and senior leadership.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Supply Chain Lead position include:

4–7+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations; 4+ years in integrated supply chain management
Own international sourcing/logistics, supplier negotiation, materials planning, and inventory management
Provide hands-on ERP/MRP support using NetSuite, SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar
Use Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and supply chain analytics tools to drive insights and improvements
Lead vendor accountability and support a continuous process-improvement mindset
Collaborate directly with finance and senior leadership as an individual contributor
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year plus bonus and commission, commensurate with experience.
