The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group's success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.
Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
We are looking to add a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain to our Warehousing and Distribution team. This role will be responsible for senior Manager-level scope and impact, focused on leading complex supply chain analytics and network optimization initiatives. Serving as a thought partner to cross-functional and global stakeholders across manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and inventory. While this role does not have direct reports, it operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence across global, cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and analysis of supply chain network solutions by modeling the digital representation of TBG's end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and inventory flows
- Identify, quantify, and drive cost-saving opportunities through inventory optimization, transportation routing, mode selection, and network design improvements
- Own and execute supply chain design and optimization projects end to end, including data collection and validation (SQL, Python), scenario modeling (Coupa or Python), and executive-ready insights
- Track, validate, and report estimated and realized savings for implemented initiatives; refine assumptions and models as business conditions evolve
- Evaluate the impact of network optimization initiatives by defining, tracking, and analyzing supply chain KPIs related to cost, service, and resiliency
- Partner with global supply chain, operations, finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, align assumptions, and influence data-driven decisions
- Provide analytical guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts, helping elevate analytical rigor and best practices across the team
- Contribute to the development of long-term supply chain strategy by proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and scalability considerations as the business grows
The Perfect Blend: Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, network design, or logistics optimization
- Demonstrated experience modeling end-to-end supply chain networks using Coupa software and/or Python
- Strong background in inventory optimization, transportation/logistics optimization, and scenario analysis
- Advanced experience in data processing and analysis using SQL and/or Python
- Proven ability to define, track, and interpret supply chain KPIs to drive business decisions
- Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders, influencing outcomes without direct authority
Foundational Ingredients: Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Analytics, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations

The salary range for this position is $109,000.00- $150,000.00
