Supply Chain Logistics and Inventory Specialist
The Supply Chain Logistics and Inventory Specialist manages the end-to-end flow of goods, processing order requests, coordinating shipping/receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records to meet demand. They will optimize stock levels across multiple locations, work closely with carriers and suppliers, prepare any documentation and system transactions to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Oversee multiple stock locations and maintain accurate stock counts, conducting inventory counts as determined to reconcile variances.
Logistics Coordination: Plan/arrange transportation, track and manage shipments, including coordinating with carriers for timely delivery.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inventory and usage data to identify right size inventory by location and coordinating redistribution efforts, working closely with field team members to align inventory levels.
Documentation: Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices), maintain accurate digital records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Analytical Abilities: Strong critical thinking for supply chain optimization and resolving logistics discrepancies as well as ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and solve inventory discrepancies.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams as well as external partners.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking and managing inventory data.
3-5 years of experience in logistics, inventory control or supply chain management
