Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Management Data Lead (Systems Analyst, Principal)Job ID: 26-02826Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)Duration: FTEJob Summary Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Data Lead to drive data governance, migration, and master data strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The role will lead Supply Chain data workstreams, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process modernization.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Supply Chain master data governance, data conversion, cleansing, and migration activities.
- Define data quality, retention, reporting, and archiving strategies.
- Manage data profiling, validation, and compliance across SAP environments.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Provide expertise in Material Master, Vendor Master, BOM, and Supply Chain data domains.
- Support reporting, analytics, and integration with SAP and procurement platforms.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in data management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain systems and data management.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Experience with data governance, migration, profiling, cleansing, and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, Icertis, or SAP IBP.
- Knowledge of LLMs/AI-driven analytics and business insights.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation projects and change management initiatives.
Compensation: The annual starting salary for this position is between $128,000 – $218,000 annually.
