  • Manage long-lead items and coordinate production capacity with OEMs

  • Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, IEEE, NEC, and battery shipping requirements (UN38.3, MSDS, hazmat)

  • Lead supplier performance reviews, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans

Planning, Logistics & Execution

  • Collaborate on demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and safety stock planning

  • Oversee inbound logistics for domestic and international shipments, including hazmat materials

  • Monitor material availability, lead times, and supply risks impacting production or deployment

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering on specifications, supplier capabilities, and new technology qualification

  • Support Operations with production readiness and project delivery

  • Align with Finance on budgeting, spend analysis, and cost reporting

  • Support Quality with supplier audits and NCR resolution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

  • 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement

  • Experience sourcing industrial, electrical, energy, or power-electronics components

  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools

  • Experience with battery systems, inverters, or energy storage strongly preferred

Why This Role

  • Work on real, deployed power systems at gigawatt scale

  • Direct impact on scaling AI and hyperscale infrastructure

  • High-ownership role with visibility across engineering, operations, and leadership

  • Opportunity to shape the supply chain of next-generation technology
