  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, production, sales, and finance to address shortages, bottlenecks, and material-flow challenges.
  • Use ERP data, reporting, and supply chain KPIs to identify risks, improve performance, and support timely decisions.
  • Develop and maintain procurement processes consistent with AS9100 requirements and operational best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING - REQUIREMENTS

  • At least four years of progressive supply chain experience, including two or more years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience leading buyers, planners, or related supply chain professionals without requiring foundational management training.
  • Demonstrated experience with sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, materials, inventory, logistics, and critical-part expediting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work onsite in Hackettstown, New Jersey
  • Flexibility to participate in approximately one evening meeting per week with global teams; onsite hours may be adjusted when later meetings are required.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
