Supply Chain Manager

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida, USA Department: Supply Chain Reports To: Associate Director Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Job Overview The Supply Chain Manager supports the site Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, focusing on business growth and capacity assessment. This role ensures operational deliverables meet contractual expectations, oversees customer transactions, and acts as a key user for Supply Chain processes during the transition to an automated system. Responsibilities Coordinate alignment and implementation of S&OP plans into demand and supply processes. Provide prompt support for customer needs; coordinate internal and external follow-ups. Collaborate with planning and operations to create production batch records. Prepare purchase orders or requisitions based on Material Requirement Planning. Develop strategies to support planning and warehouse operations. Assist with inventory transactions when required. Ensure quality elements related to Supply Chain are addressed effectively. Refine operating policies and procedures for safe and efficient operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain. 5–8 years in a controlled industry (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred). Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage end-to-end supply chain processes and solve problems. Experience in fast-paced, changing environments. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationship-building skills. Strong influencing and alignment capabilities. Project management expertise; driver of S&OP processes. Proficiency in MS Office tools. SAP ERP experience. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (preferred).
