Job Description

Kalon Executive Search has been retained by a high-growth, omnichannel consumer products company to identify a top-tier Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for supply planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure strong in-stock performance and efficient operations.

This position is Hybrid/Remote out of Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end supply planning and inventory management, balancing service levels, inventory turns, and growth objectives
Monitor inventory positions and proactively mitigate risks related to shortages, excess, and supply constraints
Partner closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to manage production timelines and resolve capacity challenges
Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment partner performance against defined KPIs
Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation of raw materials and finished goods
Utilize ERP systems (including NetSuite or similar) to manage inventory, purchasing, and system accuracy (e.g., SKU setup, planning parameters)
Track, analyze, and report on key supply chain KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and enhance overall performance

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

4–6 years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or logistics, ideally within a CPG or consumer products environment
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, supply planning methodologies, and 3PL operations
Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus and benefits
