Job Description
Northwest Pump is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This position plays a key role in connecting sales insights with operational execution across our growing distribution and services business.
Following several acquisitions, this role will support demand forecasting, inventory planning, ERP data management, and business intelligence across more than 25 warehouse locations, helping ensure timely delivery of materials for customers engaged in large construction projects.

What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field• Strong supply chain knowledge across demand planning and supply planning• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (non-negotiable)• Experience working with large datasets and ERP systems, including master data maintenance• Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools preferred• Ability to work cross-functionally and build processes from the ground up• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability
