ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager who brings strong strategic thinking and a relationship‑driven approach. This role requires someone who understands the importance of effective vendor partnerships, clear communication, and dependable operations. You will oversee our purchasing team, warehouse management, and the full lifecycle of materials management. Your work will ensure we have the right materials at the right time and at the right price, while maintaining the supplier relationships that keep our business running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will bring confidence, rapport‑building, and relationship‑first mindset. You will need to know how to negotiate thoughtfully, maintain trust, and create win‑win partnerships. Pricing strategy and cost management will be a critical part of your day‑to‑day work, along with continuously improving processes that support accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead the purchasing team, overseeing procurement strategy, supplier selection, and contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term vendor relationships with a focus on trust, communication, and shared success
  • Develop pricing strategies and ensure accuracy and competitiveness across all materials and services
  • Oversees and supports warehouse operations by directing team members responsible for inventory control, material flows, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support operational planning, forecasting, and production needs
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across purchasing, logistics, and warehouse functions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you should bring a balance of education, experience, and problem-solving skills, including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field is preferred
  • 7+ years of supply chain, procurement, or materials management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing pricing, costs, and supplier performance
  • Experience leading teams in purchasing, warehouse, or logistics environments
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain tools
  • A relationship-driven, collaborative, and professional demeanor
