Job Description
Primary Skills: Microsoft Excel (advanced), SAP (intermediate), Data Analysis (intermediate), Logistics Planning (advanced), Vendor Management (intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: Neenah, WI - 54956 (#LI - Hybrid/Remote) Pay Range: $23/hr - $25/hr#LPJob Summary: We are seeking an organized and adaptable Logistics and Supply Chain professional to support finished goods production. In this role, you will order and plan materials for production sites, coordinate with vendors, and use supply chain data to help prevent shortages and manage costs. The work moves with production schedules, so you should be comfortable reprioritizing quickly and acting with urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute material requirements plans to keep supplies and work in process available for production.
- Maintain accurate material planning data in SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse, including updates for material and product changes.
- Manage material changes in line with business plans while minimizing obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate material availability with packaging and graphics timelines, working with Operations, Marketing, Planning, and Packaging teams.
- Work with vendors to align schedules, resolve supply constraints, and support production priorities.
- Participate in logistics and supply chain projects that improve team results.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and reprioritize work as needs change.
- Ability to analyze information, assess options, and make timely decisions.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and vendors.
- Comfort working with data and learning planning systems. SAP or other ERP experience is helpful, but training is available for a tech-savvy candidate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; a high school diploma with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
Industry Experience:
Experience in supply chain, logistics, materials planning, or production support is preferred. Familiarity with supply chain processes, SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and Microsoft applications is a plus.
