ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Maintaining and Improving EDI Connections
- ERP Functionality Assessments
- Maintain Customer Portals
- Champion MAFACT for Logistics Department
- Continuous Improvement Projects
- Backlog Tracking and Reporting
- Engineering change coordination
- Perform other duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Primarily sedentary work performed in an office or production support environment.
- Regular use of a computer, keyboard, and visual display for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Occasional travel to production areas, warehouses, or supplier facilities.
- May be required to lift or carry light materials up to 15–25 pounds on an occasional basis.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics (or equivalent analytical discipline) required.
WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:
- Two to three years related experience
- MP&L principles including material planning, inventory turns, safety stock, and demand variability
- ERP/MRP systems and BOM structures
- Power BI data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas)
- A3 problem-solving and root cause analysis methodologies
- S&OP and production planning processes
- Supply chain KPIs and cost drivers (PPV, inventory exposure, service level)
- Data integrity, master data management, and forecasting fundamentals

Pay range: $70,000 - $85,000 annual
