As a StockX Supply Chain Operational Excellence Intern you will assist with various supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, process management, brand protection, logistics, and data analysis, gaining practical experience in the field. You will also gain transferable hands-on experience in the Marketplace fulfillment process and activities.
What you’ll do
- Logistics Support: Learn and assist with receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and other warehousing & logistic activities.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and establish reports on operations performance data to identify areas of improvement.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within operations. Assisting with various projects, developing new processes or improving existing ones. Development of standard operating procedures and relevant training materials.
- Inventory Management: Learn about stale orders, inventory planning, tracking, cycle counts, and unit adjustments.
- Brand Protection: Work with internal quality teams on training and development of new initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, such as Customer Service, the Operational Excellence, Finance, and Transportation, to identify improvement opportunities
- Learn and Develop Skills: Gain practical experience in operations management, develop analytical skills, and learn industry best practices.
About you
- Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Effectively communicate (verbally / written) with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills / interested in identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions
- General understanding of key concepts like receiving / shipping, inventory management, customer service, and process improvement
Nice to have skills
- Entry level project management experience
- Part-time or volunteer roles with similar responsibilities
- Familiarity with relevant systems (WMS, TMS, RFID) or data analysis tools
- Project management experience

- The program will run from May 18th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026
- Subsidized housing is available upon request
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays are mandatory “In Office” days in our Detroit Office
Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $25 per hour. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
