Supply Chain Planner – ManufacturingLocation: Richmond, VAPay: Starting at $60,000 (Based on Experience)Schedule: Monday–FridayEmployment Type: Direct HireNow Hiring Supply Chain Planners!Qualified Staffing is hiring a Supply Chain Planner for a chemical manufacturing company in Richmond, VA. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing order flow, and ensuring materials and resources are aligned to meet customer demand.What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules
- Monitor open orders and maintain accurate order status reporting
- Lead or participate in daily production and order status meetings
- Coordinate with production, quality, and customer service teams
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels for finished goods
- Create and manage work orders within ERP systems
- Track and support key performance metrics
- Identify and resolve scheduling or supply chain issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 4+ years of supply chain, logistics, or production planning experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
