Job title: Supply Chain Planning Supervisor

The role:

As a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor you will help drive our goals by:

Planning material requirements and production schedules to meet customer needs across make-to-order, make-to-stock, and make-to-forecast workflows.

Generating long‑range raw material forecasts and partnering with Procurement to ensure

timelysupply andaccuratemaster data.

Monitoringinventory,identifyingslow‑moving materials, and supporting action plans tooptimisestock levels.

Supporting IBP processes by

analysingdemand, reviewing capacity, and preparing long‑range supply plans and materials.

Working closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to

validateproduction feasibility andmaintainaccuratesystem data.

Acting as a team mentor, supporting data analysis, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related STEM field.

5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management roles.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools including VBA, pivot tables, and lookups, plus collaboration via Teams.

Experience with MRP/ERP systems or planning software, with strong numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.

Strong Health & Safety awareness and an analytical approach to problem solving.
