  • Run production through ERP. Manage production/work orders and material allocations in D365; keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, and Production to ensure on-time manufacturing for our customers.
  • Continuously improving. Identify and implement process enhancements that streamline planning workflows.
  • Document rigorously. Maintain accurate documentation for all work orders; help develop and maintain work instructions/SOPs.
  • Stay compliant. Uphold industry regulations and company policies related to planning and data management; support system regression testing as needed.

Your Qualifications

Education/experience: Two-year college or five years’ related experience (Associate’s preferred—Business, Operations, Accounting, or related).

Systems: Minimum two years with D365/ERP/WMS; strong Excel skills for calculations, formulas, and professional reporting.
