Introduction:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong Business Analyst skills to join the Procurement Organization. In this role, you will drive IT projects end-to-end while providing analytics to management for key decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in an ambiguous, dynamic environment.
Highly organized with the ability to operate with complex and detailed subject matter.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI tools to drive product innovation, automation, or decision intelligence.
Strong business analysis skills — ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within a technology or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Familiarity with data analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Drive IT projects within the Procurement Organization, providing analytics to management for key decision-making.
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans for progress tracking and report on progress to all stakeholders.
Establish and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Act as liaison with data engineers, ML engineers, and PM stakeholders; escalate to management for critical project issues if needed.
