Introduction:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong Business Analyst skills to join the Procurement Organization. In this role, you will drive Supply Chain IT projects end-to-end while providing Supply Chain Analytics to management for key decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in an ambiguous, dynamic environment.
Highly organized with the ability to operate with complex and detailed subject matter.
Detail-oriented with the ability to go deep on subjects when required. Able to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, AI agents) to drive product innovation, automation, or decision intelligence.
Strong business analysis skills — ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within a technology or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Familiarity with data analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Drive Supply Chain IT projects within the Procurement Organization, along with providing Supply Chain Analytics to management for key decision making.
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans for progress tracking; constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Establish and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Act as liaison with data engineers, ML engineers, and PM stakeholders on projects; escalate to management for critical project issues if needed.
