Supply Chain Program Manager (Hybrid)

FocusPoint, a premium talent solutions firm, is recruiting a Supply Chain Program Manager to support a large enterprise undergoing a multi phase Source to Pay (S2P) optimization initiative. This is a part time contract role with a hybrid schedule and a project duration expected to run 7 10 months, with potential extension.

This position is ideal for a program manager who excels at cross functional coordination, structured execution, and keeping complex portfolios moving in environments where priorities shift and multiple teams depend on shared resources.

Our client recently completed a comprehensive S2P assessment and is launching a prioritized portfolio of initiatives spanning buying channels, master data, taxonomy, Coupa functionality, sourcing, invoice processing, catalog enablement, and system design. The Program Manager will serve as the central coordination point across this portfolio-ensuring momentum, clarity, and alignment.

This role does not perform system configuration, sourcing events, or functional ownership. It is strictly program management, governance, and cross team orchestration.

• Maintain an integrated roadmap across active S2P initiatives

• Translate initiatives into milestones, owners, dates, dependencies, and required decisions

• Continuously reprioritize based on business value, timing, resource capacity, and leadership direction

• Support evaluation and onboarding of new initiatives into the portfolio

• Conduct recurring check ins with initiative owners

• Track progress against commitments and follow up on overdue items

• Identify initiatives losing momentum and drive recovery plans

• Coordinate cross functional activities across Supply Chain, IT, Finance/AP, Tax, and other teams

• Identify and manage cross initiative dependencies

• Maintain visibility to shared resource constraints (Coupa, SAP, IT, AP, SMEs)

• Recommend sequencing changes when timelines are at risk

• Surface decisions requiring leadership intervention

• Maintain a consolidated RAID log

• Escalate significant risks and decisions quickly

• Document impacts to scope, timing, resources, and priorities

• Provide concise recurring portfolio status updates

• Highlight accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, decisions, and resource constraints

• Support periodic leadership reviews focused on decisions and exceptions

• Integrated S2P Transformation Roadmap

• Initiative level plans / one page charters

• Centralized Action/Risk/Decision log

• Recurring portfolio dashboard (client facilitated)

• Prioritization and capacity view

• Leadership review materials

• Hours: Up to 20 hours/week during mobilization; 8 12 hours/week ongoing

• Schedule: Hybrid

• Duration: 7 10 months expected (may extend)

• Interview Process: 2 3 steps

• Proven experience managing multi initiative portfolios

• Strong understanding of S2P, Procurement, Supply Chain, or ERP related environments

• Skilled in cross functional coordination and stakeholder management

• Comfortable driving clarity, accountability, and follow through

• Able to manage shifting priorities and resource constraints
