Supply Chain Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecasting for both raw materials
• Issue and manage purchase orders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate supply
• Source and manage suppliers and ODMs, including cost negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing performance tracking
• Collaborate with customers and contract manufacturers (ODMs) to align on demand, priorities, and fulfillment readiness
• Monitor and drive actions on aging, excess, and obsolete inventory, including internal reuse, supplier return, and disposition strategies
• Conduct regular excess inventory reviews with cross-functional teams and suppliers to mitigate financial exposure
• Coordinate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes with suppliers and ensure timely closure of return and replacement activities
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments, resolve delays, and track fulfillment progress
• Ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation by managing lead times, safety stock levels, and alternate sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate material status reporting and supply chain KPIs, including inventory turns, PO cycle time, OTIF, and forecast accuracy
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning, sourcing, and fulfillment workflows

Salary 100-120K
