Supply Chain Project Manager

Crossfire Consulting is a staffing company and this position is for our direct client, Blue Origin.

Our client is seeking an experienced Building/Construction Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations that support construction and building supply initiatives. This role is responsible for optimizing procurement, inventory management, vendor relationships, forecasting, and distribution processes to ensure operational efficiency and project success.

Job Description

• Manage the operational supply chain activities of the organization.
• Oversee tasks related to production planning, materials purchasing, inventory control, pricing, vendor selection, and distribution.
• Monitor the movement of raw materials, work-in-process goods, and finished products to ensure production requirements and customer expectations are met.
• Collect and analyze data to forecast demand and predict inventory needs.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and submit purchase orders or requisitions to ensure a continuous supply of goods and materials.
• Evaluate existing supply chain processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
