Your expertise powers our success. As a Corporate Supply Chain Replenishment Planner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our North American supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. This is your opportunity to influence outcomes, collaborate across teams, and help us deliver on our promises.
What You'll Own
- Lead the flow: Manage supply for key MPG categories and maintain inventory targets across Canada and the U.S.
- Analyze and optimize: Use SAP and O9 tools to validate data, run analytics, and improve processes.
- Collaborate across functions: Work with Sales, CSR, Transportation, and Plant teams to align demand and capacity.
- Drive continuous improvement: Log bugs and user stories to enhance tools and create better experiences for our teams.
- Communicate with impact: Keep stakeholders informed on critical updates like Q4 delay notifications.
What Sets You Up for Success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP expertise and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other key tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in planning and process improvement; intercultural collaboration is a plus.
Your Background
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
